The new Intara-Aledina luminaire from BÄRO is an innovative LED recessed luminaire with an extremely economical connected load of just 16 watts. New LED technology displays the colours of the products’ in perfect light (colour rendering class 1 A), whilst also maximising product preservation. This makes it the ideal lighting solution for applications where it is particularly important to present products in their natural true colours. However, Intara-Aledina also opens up lots of possibilities for all kinds of other demanding lighting situations in the non-food sector. A particular advantage of LED technology is that it does not emit any infrared and UV-radiation. This means that Intara-Aledina does not radiate any heat towards the salesroom and the products on display - and this in turn greatly reduces the costs for operating the air conditioning system.
 

Versatile use and dynamic interior design

The efficient LED recessed luminaires can be flexibly varied and creatively designed to suit the shop fitting concept and the desired lighting mood. What's more, decorative fabrics, nets or unusual paper shades can now be attached to the luminaires – previously impossible due to the fire risk. Shatter-proof acrylic decorative cylinders specially designed for Intara-Aledina are also available in many colours.
 

Infinitely dimmable with an extremely long life

A further advantage: the luminaire can be frequently switched on and off or infinitely dimmed without any problems. This means that individual colour moods or plays of coloured light can be created with the LED luminaires depending on the time of day and the salesroom traffic, and they can be switched on and off as often as desired without impairing the lifetime of the lamps. In addition, the recessed LED luminaires do not need any "warm-up" time and the full light output is available as soon as they are switched on. And last but not least the new luminaires boast an extremely long lifetime of 40,000 hours on average. This enables sustained maintenance and storage cost savings.
