Tlantic is launching the Tlantic Mobile Retail Suite at RBTE. This suite of innovative software solutions provides retailers with a new way to rapidly deploy mobile services and applications to deliver best in class customer service in both the physical and virtual store.

Giving 360° visibility of all operations, it enables retailers to provide anytime, everywhere services using synchronised in-store, online and mobile apps for customers, colleagues and service staff alike.

According to Paulo Magalhães, CEO of Tlantic: "The Tlantic Mobile Retail Suite provides retailers with a new and cost effective way to rapidly develop and deploy new services that enhance the customer experience at the point of contact demand. The customer journey is now wholly mobile and, for the first time, there is a suite of integrated applications from Tlantic to enhance every step of the way.”

The Tlantic Mobile Retail Suite enables retailers to better interact with customers whether they are at home, online or in-store. It also improves the customer experience in both the virtual and physical stores by transforming complex retail operations into simple, flexible and easy to manage tasks. The suite empowers staff to deliver a higher level of customer service throughout the retail cycle from ordering, picking and delivery using tablets, smartphones and handheld computer devices.

"Developed within the context of the Kaizen Continuous Improvement methodology deployed at some of the world’s leading retailers, the Tlantic Mobile Retail Suite automates business processes to streamline operations, empower the workforce and enhance the customer experience,” continued Paulo Magalhães. "For example, it is already enabling Sonae - which employs over 40,000 people around the world, to deliver a better customer service, reduce costs by 60% and add more than 10 million euros to the bottom line every year.”

Tlantic’s new suite provides retailers with greater visibility of all business processes including tracking the number of customers currently present in both physical and virtual stores, monitoring stock levels and the availability of customer service staff as well as instant reporting on sales. It allows retailers to accelerate their mobile strategies by leveraging their existing IT infrastructure, reducing the cost of becoming a truly ‘Everywhere Store’ and achieving a rapid return on investment.

The Tlantic Mobile Retail Suite delivers a true omni-channel customer experience and enables applications from Tlantic, third party apps and retailer’s existing apps, to link with legacy retail software applications. It integrates with all commonly used e-commerce, ERP, WMS and POS platforms and is scalable from single site locations through to the largest multi-site, multi-brand and multi-currency retail operations. The suite can be deployed as a cloud, or as an on premise-based solution.
