Artema Modular is a versatile solution that enables fast payment with all card types at self-service and unattended points of sale. It is based on the powerful Artema payment platform and supports the card payment requirements of all international markets.
Versatile card payment solution
Artema Modular supports online and offline chip card payments and is fully compliant with EMV Level 1 and 2 requirements. Additionally, due to its modular architecture, Artema Modular supports card payment applications with or without PIN. It is compatible with all Visa and MasterCard transaction types as well as local and international e-purse, credit and debit card schemes.
Through the Artema software
development kit, local applications can be developed and certified easily, minimising time to market and product launch costs.

Artema Modular has been specifically designed to meet the stringent requirements of integration into vending machines and kiosks in all market segments. Its modular architecture, multiple interface configurations, standardised card reader and PIN pad cut-outs simplify integration into all types of indoor and outdoor machines from vending and ticketing, to multi-media kiosks.
Maximum Security
Artema Modular meets national and international security requirements from ZKA to PCI PED for online and offline transactions with PIN verification. A multi-layered and complex security system ensures that all sensitive data is well protected throughout the transaction. Additionally, the metal keypad and card reader bezel provide top-level protection against vandalism.
