The speaker programme for this year’s Open Forum is packed with keynotes, master classes and panel discussions from industry experts.

The following is a small selection of the speakers that will be presenting their most recent research findings and case studies from the self-service industry at KIOSK EUROPE EXPO 2013 in Berlin on 12th and 13th June 2013:

Björn Weber, Planet Retail: "Adapting retail technology to the world of digital mobility"

Björn Weber is a graduate sociologist from J W Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main, where he studied social science, jurisprudence and education. Since March 2007 he has been Planet Retail’s Research Director of Retail Technology and General Manager of the company’s German operations.

Graeme Derby, Media 4: "What the multi-channel shopper wants in your stores"

Graeme Derby has over thirty years experience of selling products and services to retailers both in the UK and internationally. His background in marketing has strengthened his view that too much technology concentrates on the technical specification and not enough on its use.

Bert Martin Ohnemüller, Neuromerchandising Group: "The Power of Emotions"

Bert Martin Ohnemüller is a POS expert, owner and CEO of Neuromerchandising Group. He is the author of ‘Mehr Erfolg am Point of Sale’ and a lecturer in Neuromerchandising, new markets and Leadership at the Furtwangen University, the American University of Iraq, and the Institute for Marketing and Communications in Wiesbaden.

Dr Ingo Rückert, Wilhelm Dreusicke: "Kiosk reliability and reduced maintenance"

Dr. Ingo Rueckert majored in Physics and holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry. Since 2001 he has been the Managing Director and partner of Wilhelm Dreusicke, Berlin, Germany, a company with a focus on rubber rollers and kiosk maintenance.
