BAKY – fresh rolls, 24 hours a day, every day
BAKY – fresh rolls, 24 hours a day, every day
Baky is a completely new oven system which has been designed in order to be able to produce fresh, high-quality rolls automatically 24 hours a day with a minimum of work expenditure.
Unlike the rolls that are available in many in-store bakeries, supermarkets and petrol stations, Baky always produces rolls of a constant high quality.
The rolls are baked evenly thanks to the unique baking system. As a result, they do not have the typical marks that are created on the underside of rolls when they are baked in the normal way.

Advantages at a glance:
  • Consistent supply of fresh rolls (automatic control by a sensor with minimum quantity display)
  • The customer doesn’t see that half-baked rolls are used.
  • The rolls have a very high quality thanks to the special baking process.
  • No extra personnel required.
  • Small area of floor space required.
  • Easy to operate, easy to clean, no baking trays required.
