Bleep UK PLC has announced the full scale launch of Bleep Connect, the new mobile loyalty application, after a successful trial period with the Lancashire-based food, drink and accommodation business, the Seafood Pub Company.

Bleep Connect, which was developed by Keeprz UK, directly integrates with Bleep EPOS systems and provides hospitality and retail operations with a bespoke loyalty platform in the form of a mobile app which is completely customised and branded. Businesses can reward their customers with discounts, gifts, coupons, punch cards, point’s schemes, promo codes and much more, all designed to engage and retain customers and drive loyalty through an easy to use app which can be downloaded from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Tailored content can be communicated through the app, with manual and automated ‘auto-pilot’ loyalty programs, which allow for smart and targeted campaigns. Social integration helps to capture user data and also enhance further engagement with incentives for social actions by users. Full management reporting allows complete control of the loyalty program and personalised content, rewards and promotions can be administered with in-depth analytics to give management a clear identification of what works and provide a greater understanding of their customers.

Quick and easy to manage and use, for operators and customers alike, the user friendly, innovative, modular loyalty platform allows for smart and targeted loyalty programs to drive sales, increase engagement and ensure customers are retained in highly competitive environments, such as restaurants, bars, clubs, fast food and retail operations. Bleep Connect is well suited for single site businesses, or multi location operations and every aspect of the app, in terms of how it looks, works, specific loyalty schemes and reporting are all completely customisable.

Gordon Bolton, Managing Director of Bleep UK PLC said “Providing a market leading, one stop loyalty solution for both new and existing customers, whether in retail, hospitality or other environments, has been our priority for the past 12 months. We have developed a powerful and flexible loyalty solution, where you don’t need to swipe anything, no cards or fobs need to be kept and remembered, simply bring your phone, open the app and everything flows from there.”

“Loyalty schemes are an effective way to increase customer retention and improve your profitability, allowing businesses of all sizes to jump on the digital bandwagon. After trialling this with the Seafood Pub Company, we are delighted to be able to launch this fully, allowing any business to enhance customer loyalty, while increasing sales and revenues.”

“Keeprz, alongside Bleep UK PLC have created a best in class mobile loyalty application that can allow businesses to engage with their customers, get to know them better and keep them coming back.” added Lee Landau, Business Operations Manager of Keeprz UK. “It offers customers coupons, freebies, and incentives and tries to target them by collecting information about them through their GPS location and other analytics.”
